Delivery
The Vendor shall deliver the Goods to the Purchaser’s own store. The Vendor shall deliver the Goods by such carrier and such form of transport that the Vendor considers to be appropriate. Where the Purchaser specifies the carrier and the means of carriage, the Vendor shall endeavour to deliver the Goods in the way specified, the cost of such carriage being an additional charge to the invoiced price of the Goods. The Vendor will not be responsible for any part delivery or delay in delivery of the Goods as a result of events occurring beyond the Vendor’s control. The Vendor shall not in any way be responsible for any consequential (direct or indirect) costs arising from such delay or non-delivery. The Purchaser agrees to inform the Vendor within seven days of the date of the Invoice, if proof of delivery is required. After this period, no liability will lie with the Vendor for proof of delivery.
