We do not provide a refund if you have changed your mind about a particular purchase so we ask that you choose carefully.
If goods are proven faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Unsuitable and Damaged Goods – The Vendor will not accept the return of Goods for credit or any other purpose unless the Vendor agrees to accept the return and advise
the Purchaser a Return Advice number prior to the return of Goods. Return of Goods will only be accepted for credit within 7 days of delivery.
Goods must be returned to the Vendor’s warehouse of dispatch. Return freight will only be at the Vendor’s cost when there has been an error by the Vendor.
No returned Goods shall be accepted by the Vendor (even if we agree to do so) if they have been tampered with or cut by the Purchaser or any other person and are not as new, or if they are Goods expressly sold on a non-return basis, or if they are not accompanied by the Return Advice number referred to in Clause 6.1. Where goods are returned to the Vendor but not accepted as above, they shall be returned to the Purchaser at the Purchaser’s expense, or a part credit provided at the Vendor’s discretion with the balance withheld to cover the Vendor’s costs and the reduced saleable value of the Goods.
Receipt by the Vendor or by any of the Vendor’s Agents or Representatives of any Goods returned other than in accordance with Clauses 6.1 and 6.2 shall not constitute nor be deemed to constitute the Vendor’s acceptance of the return of the Goods for credit or any other purpose.
